  • Generate new business leads and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers to boost business opportunities in the assigned territory.
  • Reach out to prospective customers via phone, email, and social media.
  • Conduct secondary research into company financials, business lines, technology requirements, etc., to tailor prospecting efforts.
  • Stay updated with the latest procurement industry trends and best practices.
  • Analyze competitors and position against them.
  • Deliver initial Corporate Overview Presentations.
  • Pre-qualify business opportunities by assessing budget, authority, need, and timeline.
  • Strategize cross-functional campaigns with the BD and Marketing teams

Who Can Apply

Job RequirementSkills & Experience Required:

  • 1-6 years of experience in business development/inside sales within a software company.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (public speaking background preferred).
  • Strong soft skills, including pitching, probing, objection handling, and rapport building.
  • In-depth analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in professional business conversational etiquette.
  • Expertise in account mapping and social selling.
  • Strong networking and team management abilities.
  • Educational Qualification: B.E./MBA from top-tier institutes.
