If you have 1-6 years of experience in business development and a proven track record of generating leads and new business opportunities, we want you on our team. Take your career to the next level with a company that values your expertise and drive. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Generate new business leads and opportunities.
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers to boost business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Reach out to prospective customers via phone, email, and social media.
- Conduct secondary research into company financials, business lines, technology requirements, etc., to tailor prospecting efforts.
- Stay updated with the latest procurement industry trends and best practices.
- Analyze competitors and position against them.
- Deliver initial Corporate Overview Presentations.
- Pre-qualify business opportunities by assessing budget, authority, need, and timeline.
- Strategize cross-functional campaigns with the BD and Marketing teams
Who Can Apply
Job RequirementSkills & Experience Required:
- 1-6 years of experience in business development/inside sales within a software company.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (public speaking background preferred).
- Strong soft skills, including pitching, probing, objection handling, and rapport building.
- In-depth analytical skills.
- Proficiency in professional business conversational etiquette.
- Expertise in account mapping and social selling.
- Strong networking and team management abilities.
- Educational Qualification: B.E./MBA from top-tier institutes.
