Job Description
1. Read and understand the process documents provided by the customer
2. Analyze the insurance claims and process as per standard operating procedures
3.To understand and calculate (COB – Coordination of Benefit) the patients responsibility and perform insurance calculations
4.Familiarize, navigate multiple client applications and capture the necessary information to process insurance claims
Roles and Responsibilities:
The obligations and job roles are mentioned below.
- Scheduling and capacity planning for the procedure.
- Answer questions about goods and services, handle payments, or handle routine account upkeep.
- Customers being upsold to new goods or services might be urged.
- Referral guidelines are avaialble on the portal

- The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of age, location and qualification which will be followed by a Personal Interview. The personal Interview will be face-to-face or telephonic
