Job Description

1. Read and understand the process documents provided by the customer

2. Analyze the insurance claims and process as per standard operating procedures

3.To understand and calculate (COB – Coordination of Benefit) the patients responsibility and perform insurance calculations

4.Familiarize, navigate multiple client applications and capture the necessary information to process insurance claims

Roles and Responsibilities:

The obligations and job roles are mentioned below.

  • Scheduling and capacity planning for the procedure.
  • Answer questions about goods and services, handle payments, or handle routine account upkeep.
  • Customers being upsold to new goods or services might be urged.
  • Referral guidelines are avaialble on the portal
