Job Description

KYC Customer communication process :

– Creation /maintenance of end to end communication process repository including  verbiages/sign offs (SMS , emails, letters , CardOne ,website templates)
– Ensure 100%  adherence to the defined communication process for KYC processes ( renewals /PAN /addon/address change ) including changes to be made as per regulatory or business guidelines
– Accurate data /files updation & communication tracking  & MIS for critical processes – KYC renewal, Addon renewal ,address change & PAN associated data files
-Ensure regular reconciliation for overlaps in communication files  across data all KYC data bases
– Customer complaints/escalation management with regard to communication process
– Execute the customized communication plan ( as per the calendar defined ) for the KYC base
– Measurement of effectiveness of customer communication by ways of differential content/customer segmentation as per business/regulatory requirements including SMS’s, emails, physical letters ,website banners , Cardone templates etc.
-Ensure standardization of communication templates/verbiages & content as per the regulatory norms & internal business needs /approvals
-Ensure that the customer information/PII is duly safeguarded by putting in proactive controls within the process.
– Coordinating with key stakeholders like Compliance , Legal , customer services , Branding etc. for changes /approvals in communication templates with proper tracking /DLT listings

Initiatives on automation /digitization of the manual processes in KYC vertical
– Continuously evaluate processes and identify opportunities for automation via macros/tools available
– Increase communication effectiveness and define standard measurement criterion for the same including new modes of communication
– Support business aligned tasks for team targets /processes within & beyond KYC vertical

Measures of Success – Accuracy on data mgmt./communication processes. – 80%
Process improvement – 20%

Who Can Apply

Skills Requited:

Technical Skills / Experience / Certification (If any)-Good Knowledge of MS office/Excel

Competencies critical for role with High Proficiency – 1. Data Management skills
2. Good written and oral communication skills
3. Basic knowledge of key aspects related to KYC – document types /regulatory bodies etc.

Must have Qualification – Graduate in any discipline
Good Knowledge of MS office/Excel
