Job Description
THE ROLE:
- Have the foresight to identify best solutions for specific situations and contribute ideas to enhancing the SAP Fieldglass application based on both internal and client needs.
- The individual must have a strong understanding of the SAP Fieldglass software and its capabilities, as well as the ability to work with the customer success team.
- Become an expert in all facets of the SAP Fieldglass’ proprietary services procurement application.
- The individual must also be able to work with other teams to ensure the software is functioning properly and is up to date.
- This position requires strong problem-solving abilities, analytical skills, and the ability to work independently.
- Participate in special projects and teams when required as well as take part in meetings with clients’ technical personnel as required.
- Work with product managers and designers to ensure the software is designed well and meets UX needs.

Required Skills: –
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, Engineering.
• 1-3 years of hands-on experience on below technologies
- Java / J2EE programming environment.
- Object Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns.
- Good understanding of Java and JEE internals (Memory Management, Transaction management etc)
- Familiarity with REST API, SOAP Web services, XML, JSON and ReactJS
- Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL Server and ORM technologies
- Experience with Java frameworks, such as Spring and Hibernate.
- Knowledge of software development methodologies and principles, such as Agile and Scrum
- Knowledge of writing Unit Test cases using framework like Selenium is preferred.
• Must show an ability to apply problem-solving techniques to application, environment, and to data issues.
• Results-oriented, self-motivated, and organized while demonstrating the ability to balance multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Solid work ethic and dedication to producing high quality accurate work.
• Must show strong analytical skills and can translate business requirements into technical solutions.
