The Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) is offering a golden opportunity for fresh graduates and diploma holders! The Armament Research and Development Establishment (ARDE) in Pune has announced Apprenticeship Training for 2025 under the Apprenticeship Act, 1961.

Eligibility
To apply for ARDE Apprenticeship 2025:
- You must be a pass-out (after 2021) in the relevant discipline
- You should not have completed any apprenticeship before
- You must not have more than 1 year of work experience
- You must be registered on NATS Portal (nats.education.gov.in)

Click on “Establishment Request”
Click “Find Establishment”

Upload Resume & Documents
Click Apply
If Not Enrolled on NATS:
Visit nats.education.gov.in
Click on “Enroll”
Fill the form and get your Enrollment Number
Follow the same steps as above to apply to ARDE
For issues with enrollment, contact BOAT (Western Region) – the NATS portal operator.
Training Certificate: Issued after successful 12-month completion.
No employment guarantee after training.
Accommodation & Food: Not provided. However, lunch, tea, snacks available in ARDE canteen on payment.
Selection Basis: Based on marks obtained in qualifying exam. Final merit list prepared as per category (GEN/SC/ST/OBC/PwD).
