Responsibilities
- You have to make sure that the customer information that you are getting is have to make well manage and accurate and reliable
- you also had to take care AI tools and set up some of the tools through which the customer management because easier
- a candidate have to use MS Excel to get no more about customer data and have to suggest some improvements if any needed
- provide support to the customer complaint quickly and give solution to them also
- need to work with the other teams to improve the customer experience with the company and also you have to tell or check how customer process are working if there any another
- You have to prepare documents and the reports about the Customer Management and their complaints and also the complain is resolved or not
- you have to follow all the policy when you making deal with customer and all the rules you have to follow
- you have to join various training session which will improve your training about new AI tools and new techniques for customer services you have to connect with the many customers to understand their names and provide solution which is me suitable for them
Qualifications
- You have to be scared in using generative AI as well as MS Excel
- You have always have to keep learning and grow
- you have to work well with different teams and manage time and perform task at the same
- you have to focus on customer and enjoy by providing a great service
