Job Description:
He/she manages one or several of the following activities:
– Ensure that every claim has a response.
– Ensure that the right stakeholders are involved to resolve the claim.
– Ensure that all claims are properly closed in the system.
– Co-ordinate actions with other interfaces in order to answer requests and close the e-tickets in Service Now.
– Ensure availability of parts with regards to production needs (on-time on-quality).
– Disturbance Management.
