Job Description
- As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement.
- You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the systems and services.
- Roles & Responsibilities: – Expected to build knowledge and support the team. – Participate in Problem Solving discussions.
- Assist in the management and maintenance of production systems and services.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of incidents. – Contribute to the development and implementation of operational processes and procedures.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new systems and services.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Additional responsibility: Assist in the training and onboarding of new team members.

- Proficiency in Cloud Unified Communication Operations.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and technologies.
- Experience with managing and troubleshooting production systems.
- Knowledge of networking protocols and technologies.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
- Additional Information: – The candidate should have a minimum of 0-2 years of experience in Cloud Unified Communication Operations. – This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
