Job Description

Job DescriptionWe are looking for experienced Social Media Specialists to plan, create, and implement social media and marketing initiatives for Real Estate agents, as well as assist with various administrative tasks. Responsibilities

  • Create marketing materials (brochures, flyers, digital posters, listing presentations, etc.).
  • Social media management and engagement. Update all Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other social media posts and respond to followers.
  • Create social media content
  • Social media management and engagement. Update all Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc.
  • Generating infographics and video content ideas.
  • Plan and schedule social media posts in advance using social media management tool
  • Growth in social media reach and connecting with investors.

Who Can Apply

Requirements

  • College educated
  • Candidates must provide either an NBI Clearance or Police Clearance (preferred) upon hiring
  • Must be comfortable with using Hubstaff, a time-tracking application
  • Social media management and/or marketing experience
  • Photo and video editing experience, graphic design experience
  • Professional-level English (written and verbal/voice)
  • Experience using any Customer Relationship Management software, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
  • Computer or laptop with access to the internet (min speed of 25 Mbps)
  • Transaction coordination experience is a plus but not required
