Job Description
Join us as a Graduate Apprentice on our Accounting team in Bengaluru (Bangalore), India to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.
What you’ll achieve
As a Graduate Apprentice, you will part of a team performing transformational projects and performing data analysis on key invoicing areas. You will collaborate with various team working on multiple Finance domains.
You will:
- Preparation & posting journal entries
- Balance Sheet Account reconciliations
- Support team with month end, Quarter end and Year end close process
- Reconciliation of Sub ledger to General ledger
- Daily allocation working, Manual Portal billing, IDG Tracker maintenance
- Daily Cash Posting (Checks, ACHs & Wires), Account Reconciliations, Remit Feeding, Minimise UI/UA Payments
- Create Voucher for Daily Payment Processing for Partners
- Managing invoice upload activity to ensure invoices are loaded to ERP systems

Who Can Apply
Essential Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com.) – 2021/ 2022/ 2023 pass-outs only
- No prior work experience or apprentice experience (prior internship experience can be considered)
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Good communication and Analytical skill
- Flexible with Shifts
Desirable Requirements
- Basic knowledge of Daily Cash Posting (Checks, ACHs & Wires), Account Reconciliations, Remit Feeding, Minimise UI/UA Payments etc.
- Ability to prioritize and maintain organization in day-to-day activities
