Job Title- Product Specialist (Networking role)
Location: Gurgaon
Shift timings: North America shift (5:30PM-2:30AM IST)
Your Role:
We are looking for a Senior Engineer to provide consulting, services and support to PTC customers. You will diagnose and troubleshoot issues reported by customer facing while using PTC IOT Products and consulting customer to help them implementing end to end IOT solution
Your Impact:
This job is perfect opportunity for candidates who want to get exposure to IOT domain and want to explore their knowledge as Technical consultant
Day-To-Day:
• Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution
• Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues
• Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
Who Can Apply
Preferred Skills and Knowledge:
• Permanent North America shift (5:30PM-2:30AM IST)
• Basic knowledge of networking, protocols
• Customer support experience
• Knowledge of PLCs a plus
• Have good troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Good to have knowledge of ThingWorx/IOT domain would be plus.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
