Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop underwriting strategies for Personal Loan leveraging existing / alternate data
  • Hands-on approach to risk segmentation & ability to implement the same on system
  • Monitor implemented strategies to continuously assess business & risk impact
  • Collaborating with teams like – Data Science, Product, Business to setup and monitor underwriting strategies
  • Monitor & track repayment patterns of existing portfolio & propose strategy changes (if any)
  • Detailed understanding of in-house systems & agility to change the same whenever required
  • Create and Manage exception triggers in the underwriting rule engine
  • Monitoring of TTD, Approval and conversion metrics and identify opportunities to enhance business or marginal segments to maintain a sound portfolio.

Who Can Apply

Job Requirement

  • Knowledge of Risk and Credit scorecards
  • Hands-on experience of defining risk strategies, managing portfolio and building risk models along with problem solving and analytical thinking
  • Adept in quantitative analysis, data mining, trend analysis and creating insights within large data ecosystem.
  • Proficiency in data tools like SQL/Python communication and Stakeholder management – you are able to present your point of view cogently and are able to engage effectively with everyone from external partners to CXOs
