Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with the development team to design, develop, and maintain backend systems and components for our cyber security products.
  2. Write clean, efficient, and scalable code in languages such as NodeJS or Go
  3. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, data scientists, and product managers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  4. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and maintainability.
  5. Debug and resolve software defects and performance issues.
  6. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in backend development and cyber security domains.
  7. Assist in the documentation of technical specifications, user guides, and other relevant materials.
  8. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and best practices.

Requirements:

  1. Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Strong programming skills in one or more languages such as NodeJs or Go.
  3. Familiarity with backend development frameworks, libraries, and tools.
  4. Basic understanding of web technologies, protocols, and APIs
  5. Knowledge of databases, SQL, and database design principles.
  6. Passion for cyber security and a keen interest in keeping up with the latest industry trends.
  7. Good problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
  8. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  9. Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Have:

  1. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  2. Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
  3. Understanding of DevOps practices and tools like Jenkins, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
  4. Knowledge of NoSQL databases, caching mechanisms, and distributed systems.
