Job Description

Hitachi Energy is seeking recent graduates to join the India Power+ Graduate Rotational Program starting in September of 2024 for India location. As a Power+ Graduate, you will be a part of a full-time, 18-month rotational career journey where graduates will have the opportunity to chart their own career path – choosing their rotations in an ‘explorer’ approach that will take them across our major business units and functions. While learning about the different business units, a Power+ Graduate must be able to travel/relocate to various locations in the United States with an opportunity for an international rotation in the program.

As a Power+ Graduate, you will rotate every 6 months to complete a total of 3 rotations. The India Power+ Graduate Rotational Program provides excellent learning opportunities such as leadership and mentoring programs, technical and product training, industry site experience, and training with leading-edge technologies. Graduates will have to demonstrate personal leadership, teamwork and collaboration abilities, with a high level of initiative, self-confidence, and curiosity to learn.

Responsibilities:

  • 18-month rotational career journey.
  • Full-time, paid, permanent role.
  • Rotations include (3) six-month assignments.
  • Must be mobile – travel to different locations and see our culture come to life.
  • Impactful and meaningful challenges to solve through 3 different work assignments.

Who Can Apply

Your Background:

  • STEM background preferred, but not required.
  • Be a recent university graduate (within past 2 years)
  • Be willing to relocate for 3 rotations across India
  • Good communication skills – oral and written.
  • Ambitious and curious with a wide area of interest.
  • Team player who is flexible and open to new ideas.
