- This is an in-center test, and center allotment would be on a first-come-first-serve basis.
- You must have all your original academic documents to date, to be submitted at the time of the Interview (if shortlisted).
- Communication related to the test will be informed to you by our test partner, TCS iON.

Who Can Apply
Eligibility: 2 years full-time MBA/MMS/PGDBA/PGDM course with specializations in Marketing/Finance/Operations/Supply Chain Management/Information Technology/General Management/Business Analytics/Project Management and related disciplines offered by a recognized University/College.
Application Process:
Step 1. Login to the TCS Next Step Portal Opens in new tab
Step 2. Register and Apply for the Drive
- Scenario A. If you are already a registered user in the NextStep Portal, ‘IT’ category, kindly log in with your TCS Reference ID (CT/DT reference number) and proceed to complete the application form. Upon submission, kindly click on ‘Apply For Drive’.
- Scenario B. If you are a new user, kindly click on Register Now, choose the category “IT” and proceed to fill in your details. Submit your application form and click on ‘Apply For Drive’.
Step 3. Select your mode of test (in-center) and choose your preferred test center & then click on Apply.
Step 4. To confirm your status, check “Track Your Application“. The status should reflect as “Applied for Drive”.

Round 1
In first round there will Aptitude Round where question related to check capabilities of the candidate through variety of questions like
- Verbal reasoning questions. …

- Questions testing abstract reasoning.
Round 2
The second round is generally a Technical Round in which all the technical related question were asked to candidate according to job role. In this generally the interviewer checks candidate technical ability the depth and breadth of candidaate knowledge
Round 3
Round 3 is a HR round in some cases TR and HR round are occur concurrently. This round is conducted by Human Resource Professional who ensures that you are the right candidate for the role
