Job Description

Overview: As a Workforce Software Consultant, your primary responsibility is to assist organizations in optimizing their workforce management processes through the implementation and customization of workforce software solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, assess current workforce management practices, and provide expert guidance on the implementation and utilization of workforce software. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Consultation:
  2. Conduct thorough needs assessments with clients to understand their workforce management challenges and requirements.
  3. Analyze existing processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency.

Solution Design and Implementation:

    • Collaborate with clients to design and customize workforce software solutions that align with their business objectives.
    • Configure and implement workforce software, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Provide training to clients on the effective use of workforce software features and functionalities.
  • Project Management:
    • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely and successful implementation of workforce software solutions.
  • Monitor project milestones, identify potential risks, and proactively address any issues to ensure client satisfaction.
  1. Customization and Configuration:
  2. Customize workforce software solutions to meet specific client requirements, including the development of custom reports, workflows, and integration with other business systems.
  1. Technical Support:
      • Provide ongoing technical support to clients, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of workforce software.
    1. Training and Documentation:
      • Develop and deliver training programs for end-users and administrators of the workforce software.

    • Create comprehensive documentation, including user guides and manuals, to assist clients in maximizing the benefits of the software.
    1. Stay Informed:

Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and updates to workforce software solutions to provide informed recommendations to clients.

Who Can Apply

Qualifications:

      • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, Human Resources).

    n

    • Proven experience in implementing and configuring workforce management software (Min 4 years)

 

    • Good experience in Reporting using SQL.

 

    • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

 

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.

 

    • Technical proficiency in relevant software and programming languages.

 

  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about technology solutions.

Preferred Skills:

  • At least two from the following list of Certifications in workforce software:

�  PT202 ? Level 2 WorkForce Time – Configuration Specialist

�  PT120 & PT125 ?WorkForce Time – Reports Specialist

�  PT121/CT121 ?WorkForce Analytics – Configuration Specialist

�  PT141 ?Classic Job Scheduling – Configuration Specialist

�  PT103 ?WorkForce Time – Interface Specialist

�  PT130 – Absence Compliance Tracker – Functional Implementation

�  PT131 – Absence Compliance Tracker – Configuration Specialist

    • Previous consulting experience.

    • Knowledge of HR and workforce management best practices.

  • Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and SaaS models.
