Job Description

About the Role,

  • Daily Audits – Conduct Daily audits as assigned by Ops, QA TL.
  • Working closely with the Ops and internal teams to get the required Error analysis.
  • Drive error rectification, work together with internal teams to have permanent error resolutions as per identified issues/ errors,
  • Reporting error trends to PM , QA managers, Ops.
  • Conducting refreshers for team on QC findings and PKTs as necessary.
  • Work on any adhoc requests received by business, ops team as per business requirements.
  • Shift – 4pm to 1am

Who Can Apply

About You:

  • Graduate/Post Graduate in Accounting with 6 months of relevant experience.
  • Good problem-solving skills, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to form strong customer relationships, an understanding of customer focus and service delivery.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP/SAP (applicable AR systems).
  • Must possess and demonstrate exceptional organizational and communications skill
