Job Description
• To meet the customer’s needs to provide satisfaction.
• To process minimum number of transactions as defined in the monthly VIC scheme.• To meet business targets for both quantity and quality.
• To ensure delivery of services in line with all specified and implied statutory regulations including and not limited to AMBA, WNS and HIPAA guidelines.
• Good keyboard and typing speed of min 30-35 wpm with 98% accuracy.
• Prior International healthcare/insurance experience
• Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate through multiple systems without assistance.
• Detail oriented to ensure accuracy.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Good Letter writing skills.
• Good communication, English and grammar skills
