Your internship responsibilities:

    You will have an opportunity to work on every facet of our GraphQL service including:

    • Building federated GraphQL servers and gateways on cloud
    • Domain discovery and GraphQL API design
    • Integrating with data services to move data quickly, reliably and securely
    • Building shared tools, frameworks and libraries to make it easy to build and use our service

    understanding in financial modelling

  • Basic understanding in coming up with economic and financial trends.
  • Ability to perform research and come up with an output that can be used for an informed decision.
  • Hands-on experience in doing academic projects in any of the areas highlighted above
  • Data Analytics at an academic level
  • Basic understanding on Python – any project experience is highly desirable.
  • Open to work in a geographically distributed team.
  • Need to collaborate with other developers and ability to communicate over various channels.
  • Need the appetite to learn new technologies and a drive for continual improvement.

Who Can Apply

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A BS or MS degree in computer science, computer engineering, or other technical discipline is desirable but not essential
  • Proven experience of building great software that solves real business needs
  • Aptitude and willingness to overcome challenges, take risks, experiment, and adapt quickly
  • Self-motivated and collaborative.

Technical skills:

  • Kotlin or Java (you’ll have an opportunity to learn new languages in the role, for example Javascript)
  • Spring Boot and Webflux desirable, but not essential
  • Exposure to GraphQL desirable, but not essential
  • Exposure to CI/CD practices
  • Exposure to Agile practices (Scrum/Kanban)
