Hardware & Software Support: From setting up laptops to troubleshooting apps, you’ll keep tech running smoothly.
Mobile Device Management: Assist users with device setups, activations, and configurations.

Eligibility
Required:
Degree in Engineering (B.Tech, B.E.)
Strong troubleshooting skills with Microsoft Office, Windows/MAC OS, networking, mobile devices, and A/V tech
Knowledge of Active Directory & basic IT admin tasks
Preferred:
Certifications like ITIL, Microsoft MCITP, A+, N+, or OEM certifications (Dell/HP)
Basic awareness of system/network security
