Job Purpose | To drive the successful development and launch of mobile applications by gathering and analyzing business requirements, providing actionable insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with stakeholder needs and business objectives. The Business Analyst will play a critical role in shaping product decisions through data-driven analysis and stakeholder engagement, while also overseeing project tracking to ensure timely delivery and adherence to project timelines. |
Duties and Responsibilities | • Facilitate / attend workshops and meetings to elicit and document detailed business requirements from stakeholders. • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, challenges, and recommend process improvements. • Evaluate potential solutions, providing clear and actionable recommendations. • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and developers to ensure alignment and successful product development. • Participate in testing and quality assurance activities to validate that product requirements are met. • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure their requirements and expectations are understood and fulfilled. • Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation throughout the project lifecycle. • Identify project risks in collaboration with the product team and assess the feasibility of proposed solutions. • Develop and implement mitigation strategies to address identified risks. • Track project progress in coordination with PMO Leads (TPMs) to ensure timely delivery of milestones and project objectives. • Monitor and manage project timelines, ensuring adherence to schedules. |
