Job Purpose
To drive the successful development and launch of mobile applications by gathering and analyzing business requirements, providing actionable insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with stakeholder needs and business objectives. The Business Analyst will play a critical role in shaping product decisions through data-driven analysis and stakeholder engagement, while also overseeing project tracking to ensure timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Facilitate / attend workshops and meetings to elicit and document detailed business requirements from stakeholders.
• Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, challenges, and recommend process improvements.
• Evaluate potential solutions, providing clear and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and developers to ensure alignment and successful product development.
• Participate in testing and quality assurance activities to validate that product requirements are met.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure their requirements and expectations are understood and fulfilled.
• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify project risks in collaboration with the product team and assess the feasibility of proposed solutions.
• Develop and implement mitigation strategies to address identified risks.
• Track project progress in coordination with PMO Leads (TPMs) to ensure timely delivery of milestones and project objectives.
• Monitor and manage project timelines, ensuring adherence to schedules.

Educational Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• Master’s degree in finance, systems, or operations field.
Work Experience:
• 0-3 years of experience in business analysis, product management, or a related field.
• Prior & relevant experience in Mobile Apps domain across multiple operating systems.
• Should understand different app types (PWA, native, HTML5, Hybrid etc.)
• Possess a strong understanding of database and API integration to support technical project needs
• Should have knowledge of system interfaces required for building apps & web.
• Demonstrated success & achievement orientation.
• Strong bias for action & driving results in a high-performance environment.
• Excellent relationship skills.
• Exceptionally high motivational levels and needs to be a self-starter.
• Proven experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and solution evaluation.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skill.
•  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of mobile application development and industry trends.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
