Join a high-performing team for an NYC-based custom apparel start-up

Fresh Prints is a New York-based custom apparel startup. We find incredible students and give them training and support to build the business at their schools.

This role is perfect for someone who wants to get a head start in their human resource career. You’ll learn tons about a lot of different aspects of HR. And for the right person, this role offers an uncapped opportunity. You’ll get all the time and support you need to learn, develop professionally, and have a big impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Your day-to-day involves a wide range of responsibilities and goals, including:

  • Lead candidate outreach and sourcing candidates through various recruitment channels
  • Conduct initial interviews, and coordinate multiple rounds of assessments plus interviews for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Communicate with management and other team members to ensure status updates of tasks
  • Any other responsibilities delegated; be a backup for HR generalist/admin responsibilities.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $200 per month
  • This is an internship with an opportunity to convert to full-time. The salary post conversion would be $400 per month
  • Night Shift Allowance
  • The opportunity to learn a lot rapidly
  • Working with a talented and dedicated HR team.

Details:

  • This will be a 2-3 month-fixed term position.
  • Full remote/WFH in India
  • Working Hours are Monday – Friday, 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM Indian Standard Time

Selection Process

Round 1

In first round there will Aptitude Round where question related to check capabilities of the candidate through variety of questions like

  • Verbal comprehension questions. …
  • English language questions. …
  • Questions testing abstract reasoning.


Round 2

The second round is generally a Technical Round in which all the technical related question were asked to candidate according to job role. In this generally the interviewer checks candidate technical ability the depth and breadth of candidaate knowledge

Round 3

Round 3 is a HR round in some cases TR and HR round are occur concurrently. This round is conducted by Human Resource Professional who ensures that you are the right candidate for the role
